  • Help verifying an on-chain transaction (TxID) that didn't unlock automatically
  • Support for something you've already purchased
  • Refund requests under the Refund Policy

Response time is best-effort — usually within a day, but there is no guaranteed SLA since this is not a staffed support desk.

We will never ask you, on Telegram or anywhere else, for your password, seed phrase, private key, or exchange API key. If a message claiming to be AuditX asks for these, it is not us — do not respond.
